Lotus-Dream.com offers subscription access to digital services and digital creative features, including the Creative Studio, Sketch Upgrade, Personalized Story creation, and Coloring Book / Coloring Page tools.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect immediately for future renewals, which means you will not be charged again after cancellation unless you subscribe again.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, your subscription access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will end automatically.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable once charged. This includes subscription fees for the current billing period and fees connected to digital creative features, as Lotus Dream begins providing digital services and access immediately after purchase.

Immediate Access and Withdrawal Rights

By purchasing a subscription or using paid digital features, you expressly request immediate access to Lotus Dream’s digital services.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides a withdrawal right for online purchases, you acknowledge that, where legally permitted, your right of withdrawal may be lost or reduced once delivery of the digital service or digital content has begun.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Third-Party Service Providers

Lotus Dream uses third-party technology and API providers to operate its services and generate creative outputs. Fees paid for subscriptions and digital features cover access to Lotus Dream’s platform, technology, processing, and related service costs. The use of third-party providers does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
